Zucchini pizza bites

 Zucchini pizza bites
                                          
Ingredients/Materials:
                               
●     1 large zucchini                     
●     Oven tray                  
●     Pizza sauce               
●     Mozzarella     
●     Mini pepperoni
●     Olive oil                                                         
●     Dried oregano
                                                                                  
Method:
                                                                                  
Cut the zucchini into 1 cm slices and place them on the oven tray. Use a brush to cover the slices with olive oil. Bake for 5 minutes at 360F. Put some pizza sauce on each zucchini slice, then top with mozzarella cheese and mini pepperoni. Sprinkle over some dried oregano. Bake for 10 minutes at 360F.
