INGREDIENTS
14 slices of sandwich bread
Mayonnaise
Breadsticks
For dried tomato cream
90g (1/2 cup) of mascarpone
90g (1/2 cup) of mascarpone
35g of dried tomatoes
Capers
Salt
Dry oregano
Pepper
Salmon layer
90g (1/2 cup) cream cheese
Lemon (zest)
Salt
Pepper
60g of smoked salmon
Valerian
For black olive cream
90g (1/2 cup) of cream cheese
90g (1/2 cup) of cream cheese
Black olives
Cooked ham
For decoration
Prawns
Cherry tomatoes
Green olives
Valerian
METHOD
1. In a small bowl add the mascarpone, dried tomatoes (pieces), capers, salt, dry oregano, and pepper and mix to combine. Dried tomato layer.
2. In another bowl add the cream cheese, lemon (zest), salt, and pepper and mix to combine. Cream cheese first layer.
3. In another bowl add the cream cheese and black olives (pieces) and mix to combine. Cream cheese second layer.
4. Place the two pieces of the sandwich bread on a cutting board and pierce with the round mold. Repeat the process with other pieces.
5. Place two pieces of the sandwich bread on a plate and then spread the dried tomato cream as a first layer.
6. Place four pieces of bread on top and spread the first layer of cream cheese. Add the smoked salmon pieces and valerian on top.
7. Place four pieces of bread on top and spread the second layer of cream cheese. Arrange cooked ham slices on top.
8. Place four pieces of bread and spread the mayonnaise on all sides of the cake.
9. Arrange the breadsticks around the cake and press them firmly to stick.
10. Decorate the cake with prawns, cherry tomatoes, green olives and valerian. Cut a slice and serve.
