How to pasteurize eggs at home in a simple way

Some recipes include raw eggs. When this happens, it's very importante to pasteurize them.
It may look like a long and hard process, but actually it's not.
Let's see how to do it at home in a simple and fast way.
1. Fill a saucepan with water.
2. Put the eggs inside and turn on the stove at low heat.
3. Put a thermometer and let it reach 60 degrees.
4. Now cook for 3 to 5 minutes and add cold water when you pass 60 degrees.
5. Turn off the stove and le the eggs cool completely.
