Stripped fritters: delicious as an aperitif or to accompany your favorite dish!

INGREDIENTS
250ml (1 cup) milk
20ml (2 tsp) sugar
1/2 tsp of salt
400g (3 1/4 cups) flour
100g (2 tbsp) butter

100g (2 tbsp) butter
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together milk with sugar and salt. Add in flour and butter.
- Cover and leave for 20 minutes.
- Roll out the dough and cut it into strips, put them onto a colander, and press.
- Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Serve with yogurt sauce.
