Hard-boiled egg in the oven: the quick and easy method!

1) Hard eggs
INGREDIENTS
Eggs
Muffin tray
 
METHOD
  1. Fill a muffin tray with eggs.
  2. Bake for 30 minutes at 148°C (300°F).
  3. Place all the eggs in a bowl with cold water and ice until cool. Peel the eggs easily.

2) Muffin eggs
INGREDIENTS
Eggs
Muffin tray
Oil
Salt
Pepper
 
METHOD
  1. Pour eggs into each hole of a muffin pan. Add salt, pepper.
  2. Bake for 17 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
