An easy way to cook potatoes!
INGREDIENTS

25ml olive oil
Paprika
Chili powder
Skewers
Mayonnaise
Tomato sauce

METHOD
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices. Soak several skewers in water for 30 minutes.
- Put several slices of potatoes on the skewers. Place the skewers on a baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and bake at 180ºC (356º) for 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle with salt, paprika, and chili powder. Bake at 180 ° C (356 °) for 10 minutes.
