Potato skewers: light, crunchy and spicy!

An easy way to cook potatoes! 

INGREDIENTS
Potatoes
25ml olive oil
Paprika
Chili powder
Skewers
Mayonnaise
Tomato sauce
 
METHOD
  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices. Soak several skewers in water for 30 minutes.
  2. Put several slices of potatoes on the skewers. Place the skewers on a baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and bake at 180ºC (356º) for 30 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle with salt, paprika, and chili powder. Bake at 180 ° C (356 °) for 10 minutes.
