How to make the perfect buttercream everytime!

This is our favorite creamy and fluffy buttercream frosting recipe that is still perfect for piping and decorating. 

Ingredients:
 
  • 250g butter
  • 375g icing sugar
  • 30ml milk
 
Method:
 
  1. Put the room-temperature butter in a bowl and beat until it is white.
  2. Gradually add the sugar, whisking well.
  3. Add a tablespoon of milk and continue beating.
  4. Pipe over muffins.
