This is our favorite creamy and fluffy buttercream frosting recipe that is still perfect for piping and decorating.
Ingredients:

- 250g butter
- 375g icing sugar
- 30ml milk
Method:
- Put the room-temperature butter in a bowl and beat until it is white.
- Gradually add the sugar, whisking well.
- Add a tablespoon of milk and continue beating.
- Pipe over muffins.
