Leche flan: how to make it in a few steps!

Here's a delicious dessert perfect for a special occasion! 
 
INGREDIENTS
Caramel:
300g (1.5 cups) Sugar
6 tbsp water
 
Pudding:
120g (1.2 cup) Vanilla Pudding Mix
800ml (3.27 cups) Milk
50g (0.5 cup) non-flavored gelatin
300ml (1 cup) condensed sweetened milk
4 eggs
 
METHOD
  1. In a bowl combine the sugar and water over low heat until you get a liquid, fine glaze. While it is still hot, pour the glaze into a glass, fireproof mold and spread it over the mold.
  2. Heat the milk and pour the pudding and gelatin mixture into the milk, boiling the milk while stirring constantly. Pour a portion of the warm mixture into the scrambled eggs, then add the eggs to the pudding and continue to stir over low heat, add the can of cream, stir and pour the mixture over the sugar glaze.
  3. Leave in the fridge for 6 hours.
  4. Turn the mold over, let the sugar glaze pour over the pudding and serve.
