Sandwich cake: you can't wait to try it!

This recipe is so simple that anyone can make it! 

INGREDIENTS
100g / 0.73 cup rice
200ml / 0.85 cup water
150g Philadelphia cheese
200 g salmon
1 avocado
Dill
Toast bread
Lettuce
Cherry tomatoes
 
METHOD
  1. Boil rice. Slice avocados. Put lettuce leaves on a plate and put a mold on them.
  2. Salad layers:
1stlayer —rice
2ndlayer — 75g Philadelphia cheese
3rdlayer —toast bread
4thlayer— salmon
5thlayer —avocado
6thlayer — Philadelphia cheese
 
Garnish with cherry tomatoes and fish slices.
