1 lemon

1 egg yolk
Milk
Salt
Pepper

METHOD
Chop the fish, chop the parsley, then combine the fish, lemon juice, parsley, salt, pepper, olive oil and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Cut the puff pastry into 20 cubes, place the cubes in a muffin mold that you previously coated with butter.
Coat the dough with egg yolk and milk and bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
Then place fish in each marinade and sprinkle with almond leaves.
Perfect as an appetizer or side dish for the holidays. This recipe is really easy!
