How to wash and store the lettuce

Salad is a fresh and light food that can be served  with many ingredients.
Unfortunately, however, it can rot quickly if it is not well washed and preserved.
Fill the sink with ice and water and insert the salad. Leave it for an hour and then dry it well.
Store it in a container with kitchen paper, then leave it in the fridge.
