Easy, quick and delicious, you'll fall in love with these rolls of ham, cheese and mushrooms!
INGREDIENTS

mushrooms
salt
olive oil
garlic
onion
cheese
2 eggs
breadcrumbs
METHOD
1. Cook the mushrooms in a pan with olive oil, garlic and onion for 15 minutes.
2. Add on a slice of fam the cheese and 1 tablespoon of mushrooms.
3. Roll and coat in the egg and then in the bread crumbs mixture.
4. Bake at 190°C for 15 minutes.

1. Brush the bread with milk.
2. Add ham and mozzarella cheese and close the sandwich.
3. Beat the eggs and season to taste with salt and pepper. Coat the sandwich on all sides with the egg-wash until fully covered.
4. Arrange the breadcrumbs on a plate and coat the sandwich to fully seal the mozzarella inside.
5. Bake at 180° for 15 minutes.
