Aperitif tree: a delicious Christmas idea!

INGREDIENTS

• ¼ cup fresh coriander
• 2 jalapeños
• Yellow and red pepper
• Onion powder
• Lemon juice
• Salt
• Garlic powder
• Pine nuts
• Parmesan cheese
• Bacon bits
• Grated cheddar
• 4 cup cream cheese
• Crackers

METHOD

Mix cream cheese with cheddar, parmesan, bacon, lemon juice, garlic and onion powder, coriander,
pine nuts. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Place the mixture in cling film and mold to make a cone.
Cover with parsley and decorate with pine nuts.
Cut a star and several circles with the peppers and use it to decorate the cheese tree.
Place several crackers around the tree.
