How to recycle boiling water!

Don't pour your boiling water into the sink, here's why! 

INGREDIENTS
 Boiled water
 8g yeast
 500g flour
 3 tbsp olive oil
 Green olives
 Basil leaves
 
METHOD
  1. You can use boiled water to water your plants and washing dishes.
  2. Also, you can make focaccia by simply adding to 200ml of boiled water: yeast, flour and olive oil. Knead the dough and let it grow for 2 hours.
  3. Flatten your dough on a baking tray and add some olives, basil leaves and smear a little some olive oil.
  4. Bake 200°C / 400°F for 20-25min.
