3 no-bake recipes for a tasty dessert ready in no-time!

1) No Bake Chocolate Biscuit Cake
INGREDIENTS
200ml milk
220g biscuits
200g dark chocolate
200g hazelnuts
200ml milk
220g biscuits
200g dark chocolate
200g hazelnuts
METHOD
1. Break the biscuits and throw them in a large bowl.
2. Add the hazelnuts and melt the chocolate.
3. Pour melted chocolate over crushed biscuits and stir until all the pieces are well covered with chocolate.
4. Add the milk.
5. Fill the tin with biscuit mixture and press down hard using the back of a spoon.
6. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

2) No bake chocolate biscuits cake
INGREDIENTS
- 2 packs of biscuits
- 400 ml of cream
- 2 pack of chocolate
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
- 3 tbsp of hazelnut grain
METHOD
- 2 packs of biscuits
- 400 ml of cream
- 2 pack of chocolate
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
- 3 tbsp of hazelnut grain
METHOD
- Break the biscuits with your hand or knife. Melt the cream with chocolate and add in biscuits.
- Transfer the mixture in the pan then freeze in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Melt second portion of cream with chocolate chips and pour it on the cake.
- Sprinkle with hazelnut grain.

3) 3 ingredient chocolate cake
INGREDIENTS
hazelnut spread
400g cookies
125g plain yogurt
METHOD
1. Crush the cookies and combine them with the yogurt
2. Press the mixture onto the bottom of a springform cake pan.
3. Fill with the hazelnut spread and cover with a second layer of the cookie crust.
4. Dust with cocoa powder and refrigerate for 60 minutes.
