1. Pesto chicken
INGREDIENTS
chicken breast
pesto
tomatoes
cheese
salt
pepper
METHOD
1. drizzle the bottom of a baking dish with olive oil. Place the chicken breasts into the baking dish.
2. Season with salt and pepper, then spread the pesto over each chicken breast.
3. Add some tomato slices (previously dried off) and some cheese.
4. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
If your chicken breast slices are thicker, they will take a little more time to cook.

2. Fill with pesto, sliced provola cheese and ham.
3. Roll up the chicken and fillings and close it with a toothpick.

5. Make sure the chicken is well done before serving them topped with some basil and lemon zest.

3. Cover with the other sheet of pizza dough. Press down on the edges to seal each section properly.

5. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
6. Serve hot.

1. Spread the tomato puree and pesto on the pizza dough, dust with a generous amount of Parmesan cheese, then roll up it up.
2. Refrigerate it for 30 minutes and then slice it into wheels.
3. Cut off the top of a round of brie cheese and place the pizza wheels all around it.
4. Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
5. Serve hot topped with some basil leaves.
