A great method to get the smell of frying out of your kitchen

Here's a foolproof method to eliminate bad smells after having fried several dishes.
Put slices of lemon, rosemary and vanilla in a pan full of water. Bring to a boil and let evaporate, this fragrance will make the smell of frying disappear.
