Chocolate fudge cake: super moist and very easy to make!

This one is sure to satisfying your chocolate cravings!
INGREDIENTS

100g dark chocolate
80g butter
5g cocoa powder
30g milk
12g heavy cream
2 egg yolks
20g brown sugar
Meringue (2 egg whites + 50 g sugar)
50g flour
a pinch of salt
METHOD
Add dark chocolate and butter to the microwave safe bowl and microwave for about 60 seconds. Add cocoa powder, milk and heavy cream. Set aside

In the large bowl, add sugar and egg yolks, mix well, add chocolate mixture and mix again
Add the meringue gradually, mix, add sifted flour and salt.
Pour the dough into the baking form.
Bake for 15 minutes 160С/320F, 25 minutes 140С/280F.
Let cool to the room temperature and chill for 3-4 hours.
