How to clean range hood filters: an infallible method

In time you will have to deal with a greasy range hood filter. Don't be afraid and use this method to clean it.
Fill a pot with water and pour vinegar when it's about to boil. Then add 1/2 tablespoon of baking soda. Insert the filter and let it sit for 5/6 minutes. Pull it out and wipe with cold water using a toothbrush. Make the same procedure with the other half and then rinse everything. Your range hood filter will look brand new.
