How To Cook Moist & Tender Chicken Breasts Every Time

Tomato chicken:
INGREDIENTS
salt
pepper
olive oil
onion
tomato puree
chicken breast
oregano
provola cheese
basil
DIRECTIONS
1. Sauté the onions in some olive oil.
2. Add the tomato puree, salt, pepper and oregano.
3. Let it simmer for 7 minutes, then add the chicken.
4. Add the provola cheese and some basil leaves and let them continue cooking for about 10/15 minutes.
5. serve hot.

mozzarella
flour, as needed
olive oil
DIRECTIONS
1. Cover the chicken breasts in flour.
2. Season with salt and pepper and cook them in a pan for 7 minutes.
3. Place a slice of ham and a slice of mozzarella on top of each chicken breast. Sprinkle with oregano.
4. Let them cook for 10 more minutes.
5. Add some basil and serve hot.

4. Continue cooking on low heat. Garnish with lemon zest.
5. Season with salt and pepper and serve hot.
