Zucchini pizza: an easy and tasty idea ready in a few steps!

INGREDIENTS
2 Zucchini
2 Eggs
30g (4 tbsp) Flour
30ml (2 tbsp) Oil
4g (1 tsp) Salt  
4g (1 tsp) Pepper  
20g (1 1/2 tbsp) Butter 
100g (1/2 cup) Cheese 
Basil
 
METHOD
  1. Grate the zucchini. In a pan add oil and cook the grated zucchini. Put it in a bowl and add eggs, salt, pepper, flour and basil.
  2. Mix and cover the pan with butter. Add some flour into a pan and put the mixture in it. Put the lid and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Add more butter and flip it. Add the grated cheese and cook it a little more. Serve.
