How To Make Pink Lemonade Shots

5 lemons, halved
1/3 cup vodka
1 cup Pink lemonade
2 cup ice
1 bunch mint
 

Scoop the middle of the lemons, leaving the peel intact.
Add vodka, lemonade and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Use a small ice cream scoop to scoop vodka mixture into lemons.
Garnish mint and serve.
