Ingredients:350g flour
10g dry yeast
salt
1 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp sugar
30g olive oil
200 ml water
1 egg yolk
sesame seeds
Method:
Combine dry yeasts, warm water and 1 tbsp sugar.
Add flour, sugar, salt, and olive oil and stir to form a stiff dough.
Cover and let rise about 1 hour
Roll one part of the dough into a circle. Form 8 balls and place them at the edges of the circle. Cut the inside into pieces and take the tip of the clove and place it on each ball. Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame. Bake at 180°C/350°F for 30 minutes
