Muffin of meat: a mouthwatering recipe

Ingredients:

½ cup breadcrumbs;
¼ cup milk;
500 g (1 pound) minced beef;
2/3 cup shredded cheese (+ more for sprinkling);
1/2 cup BBQ sauce;
2 tbsp chopped scallions;
1 minced garlic clove;
1 egg;
1 tsp olive oil;
salt and pepper to taste;
fresh spinach for garnish.
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 190C (375F). Brush 6 muffin tin cups with olive oil.
Mix breadcrumbs and milk together. Add minced beef, cheese, half of the BBQ sauce, scallions, garlic, egg, salt and pepper. Mix with your hands thoroughly.
Divide meat mixture into 6 even balls. Place each one in a muffin tin cup. Brush the leftover BBQ sauce on top and transfer into the oven for 40 minutes.
Sprinkle meat muffins with more cheese and bake for 5 minutes more or until the cheese is melted. Garnish with fresh spinach leaves.
