Chocolate baskets

INGREDIENTS:125 g softened butter
1/2 cup of granulated sugar
1 egg
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
A pinch of salt
2 cups of flour
Chocolate drops
For filling;
Hazelnut cream
Decoration;
80 g white chocolate (melted)
METHOD:
Mix softened butter with sugar and stir until well combined.
Add an egg and mix it gently.
Now add other dough ingredients (except for chocolate drops) and stir it.
Gradually add flour and knead with your hands and it is now time to mix in chocolate drops.
Let the dough rest in refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
Spray the muffin tray with some oil. Take tiny pieces from the dough and place them in the molds.
Open the middle of the cookie with a thick wooden spoon and fill it with hazelnut cream.
Close muffins with the rest of the dough.
Bake in the oven on 180 degree. When muffins are cold decorate them with melted white chocolate
