Cleaning the cast iron griddle is not easy and, above all, you risk ruining it. Here's a really simple method: fill it with water and put it on the stove, bring to a boil and transfer it to the sink. Pour a few drops of liquid dish soap and wipe with a plastic bristle spatula. Remove the dirt and then rinse with a sponge.
