Strawberry muffins

Ingredients:
1 egg;
30 g (1 oz) sugar;
30 g (1 oz) yogurt;
30 g (1 oz) milk;
2 tbsp vegetable oil;
100 g (3 oz) Japanese cake mix;
red and green food coloring.

Instructions
Whisk eggs with sugar, yogurt, milk and vegetable oil.
Add cake mix and whisk until smooth. Take away 1 tbsp of the batter into one ramekin and 2 tbsp more into the other.
Mix 2 tbsp of batter with green food coloring and pour into a piping bag. Mix leftover batter with red food coloring.
Fill cupcake paper cups with red batter, draw stem on top of each one with green batter and draw seeds with white batter using toothpick.
Steam muffins for 10 minutes.
