How to clean the metal sieve: the easy way

The sieve is a widely used tool in the kitchen to filter liquids in most cases. After some time it can be dirty and encrusted, here is a simple method to clean it. Place it next to the stove flame for 5 minutes. Once heated, wipe with water and liquid dish soap. Then rinse a couple of times.
