Egg test: how to check if them are still fresh

We all have eggs in the fridge but it can happen that, for various reasons, we keep them there for a long time.
Let's see three great tricks to understand if they are still fresh.
 
1. Mix a teaspoon of salt in water and let it dissolve. Insert the egg, if it goes to the bottom it is fresh, if it remains in the middle it is better to cook it, if it goes back to the surface it is no longer fresh.
 
2. Put the egg against the light, if the grain of the shell has small holes then it is fresh otherwise it is no longer.
 
3. Shake the egg and if you hear a noise it is better not to eat it.
