Zebra crêpes: a tasty treat ready in minutes!

A genius method to make the crepes ever!
INGREDIENTS
300ml (1 1/2 cups) water
300ml (1 1/2 cups) milk
2 eggs
120g (1 cup) flour
190g (1 1/2 cups) Manitoba flour
60ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
3 tbsp of sugar
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1/2 tsp of salt
2 tbsp of cocoa powder
Hazelnut cream
Powdered sugar
300ml (1 1/2 cups) milk
2 eggs
120g (1 cup) flour
190g (1 1/2 cups) Manitoba flour
60ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
3 tbsp of sugar
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1/2 tsp of salt
2 tbsp of cocoa powder
Hazelnut cream
Powdered sugar
METHOD
- Mix together eggs, milk, oil, flour, maida, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Divide 1/4 of the mixture and add cocoa powder.
- In a pan make a spiral with cocoa mixture and pour white mixture after a few seconds. Fry from both sides.
- Fill with hazelnut cream and wrap it.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
