Cookies: when you want something good in no time, this is the perfect recipe!

They are super easy to make!

INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
80g (6 tbsp) sugar
140g (10 tbsp) butter
400g (3 cups) wheat flour
16g (1 1/3 tbsp) baking powder
14g (2 tbsp) cocoa powder
10g (2 tsp) vanilla sugar
A pinch of salt
Dark chocolate
Chopped hazelnuts

METHOD
  1. Add in a bowl the eggs, vanilla sugar, salt, sugar and whisk all together.
  2. Add butter to the mixture and whisk it again.
  3. Add flour, baking powder and knead until the dough forms
  4. Split the dough into two pieces.
  5. Add cocoa powder in one half and create the smooth dough
  6. Roll out the dough with cocoa powder on the baking sheet and set it aside.
  7. Roll out the other half of the dough and put the cocoa powder rolled out dough on top.
  8. Create 4 pastry rolls and bake in the oven at 170° C 30 minutes
  9. Cover the pastry rolls with a mixture of melted chocolate and almonds.
  10. Cut on squares and serve.
