Egg tortilla baskets: fun, tasty and easy to make!

They are so simple to make and they will be a hit for sure!

INGREDIENTS
100g chopped ham
100g grated mozzarella
50 g parmesan cheese
3 tbsp chopped tomatoes
2 tbsp chopped yellow pepper
Parsley
3 eggs
Salt
Pepper
6 Tortillas
 
METHOD
  1. Cut 6 tortillas into medium-sized circles that fit into a muffin tray.
  2. Mix ham, mozzarella and parmesan cheese, tomato, pepper, parsley, salt, pepper and eggs. Pour the mixture into each tortilla in the muffin tray.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes at 180ºC (356ºF)
