How to make delicious dessert with just a bottle!

1) How to make pancakes with a ketchup bottle!
INGREDIENTS
• 1 egg
• 225 ml milk
• 1 tsp melted butter
• 1 tsp vanilla sugar
• Pinch salt
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 150 g flour
• Vegetable oil
METHOD
Mix all the ingredients to make the pancake batter then pour it into an empty clean ketchup bottle.
Use the bottle to make pancakes of all different sizes.

2) Churros in a Bottle: an easy way to prepare them!
INGREDIENTS
60g Butter
250ml Water
60g Sugar
pinch salt
225g flour
2 eggs
500ml water bottle
Strong freezer bag
Sugar
Chocolate sauce
INSTRUCTION
Cut the top off the drinks bottle.
Cut a star shape in the lid of the bottle.
Cut corner off a large freezer bag.
Screw top back on the bottle neck then push the bottle though the cut hole in the plastic bag.
Set aside.
To a warm pan add the butter, water and sugar mix until all of the butter is melted.
Turn off the heat and add in the salt and flour and mix to form a dough.
Remove from heat and allow to cool a little
Now mix in 2 eggs, it may look as though it will not combine but be patient it will come together.
Transfer the dough to the bag/bottle.
Heat a pan of oil to 190°C or 375°F
Squeeze a length of the churro dough into the oil and cook for 60-90seconds.
Dust in sugar and serve with chocolate sauce.

30g unsweetened cocoa powder

DIRECTIONS
1. Using a funnel, pour all the dry ingredients in the bottle. Then, pour the oil and add the eggs. Shake well, for about 5 minutes.
2. Do the same with a second bottle, but in this one add cocoa powder. Continue shaking until all ingredients are mixed together well. To avoid lumps in the batter simple sift the flour, sugar and baking powder before putting them in the bottle.
3. Butter a 24cm round cake pan. Using the two bottles, pour the batter into the cake pan by alternating the plain batter with the chocolate one.
4. Bake at 180°C for 35 minutes and serve.
