3 banana dessert too delicious to not try them!

1) Banana roll-ups
INGREDIENTS
• Bananas
• Flour tortillas
• Vegetable oil
• Hazelnut spread
• Sugar
• Cinnamon

METHOD
- Cut a banana in half.
- Spread hazelnut spread over a flour tortilla and put the half of a banana on top.
- Roll up the tortilla with the banana and use tooth picks to keep it in place.
- Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
- Mix cinnamon with sugar.
- Cover the rolls with the cinnamon sugar and serve with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce.

2) Banana bread loaf
INGREDIENTS
350g bread flour
30 g icing sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp milk powder
100g banana
1 whole egg
70 ml milk
½ tbsp instant yeast
40g unsalted butter
METHOD

METHOD
- Mix flour, sugar, salt, milk powder, yeast.
- Mash one banana. Add to dry ingredients. Add oil.
- Mix one egg with milk, and also add to the dry ingredients. Knead the dough.
- Allow to rise 60 minutes. Divide the dough into two parts and let rise for 15 minutes.
- Grease the molds with butter. Roll out the dough, then roll it into a roll and cut. Put in the form. Allow to rise 60 minutes. Bake at 180°C/360°F for 17-20 minutes. Remove from the oven and grease with butter.

3) Banana cakes
INGREDIENTS
12 baby bananas
1 glass of milk
1 glass of oil
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
2.5 cups of flour
vanilla 2 tsp
baking powder 2 tsp
3 tbsp starch
3 tbsp flour
1 pinch of salt
3 egg yolks
1.5 cups with sugar
4 cups of milk
200 grams dark chocolate
200 ml cream
nuts for choice 1/4 cup
milk 3 tbsp
METHOD

200 grams dark chocolate
200 ml cream
nuts for choice 1/4 cup

METHOD
- Beat milk, oil and sugar for 2 3 minutes then add the eggs and beat at high speed for 3 minutes more. Transfer mixture to the pan and bake at 175 ' C (345 F) for 25 minutes until golden.
- In a pot on low heat add milk, vanilla, flour, starch, salt, egg yolks, and sugar, cook until thickened.
- In another bowl mix together hot cream with chocolate, milk and nuts.
- Spread the cream on to the dough, put the bananas on it and top with chocolate mixture.
- Fridge for 4 hours.
