Things You Can Make With Bread That Aren't Sandwiches!

1. Sandwich bread lasagna
INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
salt
pepper
250ml milk
50g bechamel
sliced sandwich bread
ham
provola cheese
Parmesan cheese
METOHD
1. Beat together the eggs, salt, pepper, milk and bechamel.
2. Dip the bread into the egg mixture and place the slices into a casserole dish
3. Alternate the bread with sliced ham, provola cheese and grated Parmesan cheese.
4. Continue alternating these ingredients until you have filled the casserole dish.
5. Dust the top of the lasagna with breadcrumbs and provola cheese.
6. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
7. Serve hot!

2. Italian mozzarella cheese sandwich
INGREDIENTS

mozzarella cheese
eggs
breadcrumbs
salt
pepper
olive oil
METHOD
1. Brush the bread with milk.
2. Add ham and mozzarella cheese and close the sandwich.
3. Beat the eggs and season to taste with salt and pepper. Coat the sandwich on all sides with the egg-wash until fully covered.
4. Arrange the breadcrumbs on a plate and coat the sandwich to fully seal the mozzarella inside.
5. Bake at 180° for 15 minutes.

- Parmezan shredded 5 tbsp
- Feta cheese 12 slices
- Ham 8 slices
- 2 Eggs
- Chopped parsley 1 tbsp
- Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
METHOD
- Bread slices
- Milk
- Zucchini 2
- Parmezan shredded 5 tbsp
- Feta cheese 12 slices
- Ham 8 slices
- 2 Eggs
- Chopped parsley 1 tbsp
- Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
METHOD
- Chop and fry the zucchini on both sides.
- Prepare the baking pan.
- Dip the bread slices into the milk. Put four slices onto the baking pan then cover it with fried zucchini, parmezan, cheese slices and ham.
- Repeat it one more time and cover with bread slices.
- In a bowl mix the eggs with parmezan and spices, pour this mixture over the bread.
- Bake about 15-20 minutes 190 ' C ( 374 F )
