Chocolate cake:
INGREDIENTS
hazelnut spread
400g cookies
125g plain yogurt
DIRECTIONS
1. Crush the cookies and combine them with the yogurt
2. Press the mixture onto the bottom of a springform cake pan.
3. Fill with the hazelnut spread and cover with a second layer of the cookie crust.
4. Dust with cocoa powder and refrigerate for 60 minutes.

130white chocolate
130g cream cheese
powdered sugar
PREPARAZIONE
1. Mix the cream cheese and the melted white chocolate together.
2. Add the egg yolk and mix until the batter is thick.
3. Beat the egg whites to stiff peaks and combine with cream cheese mixture.
4. Bake at 170°C for 40 minutes.
5. Slice it and dust with powdered sugar before serving.

3. Put your dulce de leche and make swirls with wooden skewer on the chocolate mixture.
4. Chill for 2 hours.
