Tasty recipes with banana!

Fried banana:
Ingredients
3-4 bananas
50g sugar
1 tsp vanilla
30 g vegetable oil
1 egg
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
a pinch of salt
Powdered sugar
Method
Cut the middle of banana, put on an ice cream stick and freeze for hour
Put the ends of bananas in a bowl and mash them with a fork, add sugar, vanilla, oil and egg. Mix until combine.
Add the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and mix.
Cover the banana with dough and fry

- 2 bags of vanilla pudding (80 g)
- 600 ml of milk
- 6 tbsp of sugar
- 250 g of butter
- 100 g of vanilla sugar
- 2 bananas
- 200 g biscuit
- 250 ml of milk
- ground chocolate cookies
Method
1. Prepare vanilla pudding: heat 450 ml of milk. In another bowl, mix the remaining cold milk with a mixture of pudding and sugar. Stir until the powder dissolves and add into the milk, when it begins to boil. Mix until pudding gets thick. Let it cool.
2. Slightly beat softened butter , then add vanilla sugar and mix until the sugar dissolves. Start adding 1 per one spoon of chilled pudding.
Soak biscuits in milk. Then start arranging biscuits, cream and banana slices, a s in the video.
Decorate the banana tower with crushed chocolate cookies and chill it in refrigirator for at least three hours before serving.
4. Top with sprinkled with ground Oreo cookies (I needed 6 pcs.).
5. We remove our cake in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, then cut it with a knife soaked in hot water and rubbed dry.

Put peeled banana in the middle of pastry and add chocolate cubes on top of it.
Cover banana with pastry, wash it with egg and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes on 200 degrees.
