Caprese Pie:
INGREDIENTS
1 round sheet of puff pastry
red cherry tomatoes
yellow cherry tomatoes
basil
oregano
mozzarella
salt
olive oil, as needed

DIRECTIONS
Place the puff pastry in a pie dish and cover with the red cherry tomatoes. Bake at 190°C for 30 minutes. Once the crust is cooked and the tomatoes have softened, add the mozzarella, yellow cherry tomatoes, oregano, salt, olive oil, and basil. You can serve it as a starter to add some color to your meal!

3. Let the dough rest for 5 minutes, roll it out and cut it into circles.
4. Fill with tomato, cheese and basil.
