Puff pastry flowers:
INGREDIENTS
1 sheet of puff pastry
green olives, pitted
hot dogs
DIRECTIONS
1. Slice the puff pastry into strips. Make rings and place them next to one another.
2. Alternate a piece of hot dog with the olives. Carefully squeeze together the center of three rings.
3. Shape them so they look like flowers. Brush the top with egg wash.
4. Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.

1. Cover a sheet of puff pastry with Parmesan cheese and ham, roll it up and slice it into rounds.
2. Cut some circles from the second sheet of puff pastry, then slice the center into triangles and pull them out of the circle.
3. Place each wheel over a puff pastry circle.
4. Bake at 180°/190° for about 20/25 minutes.
