Cucumber roll

Ingredients:
2/3 cup sushi rice, cooked, seasoned;
1 cucumber, thinly sliced;
1 nori sheet;
sliced avocado;
imitation cram;
egg omelet;
soy sauce for serving.
Instructions

Instructions
Cover your sushi mat with a piece of plastic wrap. Cover it with cucumber slices placing them horizontally.
Braid more cucumber slices in as shown on the video.
Put nori sheet over braided cucumbers, cover it with cooked rice 2/3 way and put avocados, crab and omelet on the bottom 1/3.
Roll cucumber roll helping yourself with plastic wrap and sushi mat. Cover the roll in plastic and leave in fridge for 30 minute. Slice with very sharp and wet knife, sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve with soy sauce.
