Blueberry muffins
Ingredients:
4 tbsp flour;
2 tbsp sugar;
1/8 tsp baking powder;
1/8 tsp baking soda;
3 tbsp milk;
1 tbsp vegetable oil;
2 tbsp blueberries (fresh or frozen);
a pinch of brown sugar.
Instructions

Whisk dry ingredients first: flour, sugar, baking powder and soda.
Gradually add liquids: milk and oil. Stir with a fork to remove any lumps, add berries and stir one more time.
Sprinkle the surface of the muffin with some brown sugar.
Microwave on high for 1 minute. Check with a toothpick and adjust timing if needed.
