Italian nice grandma prepares a delicious pizza for her grandkids

Grandma Gina lives in the States and returns to prepare Italian recipes in her large kitchen. Today she prepares pizza and before starting to knead it she makes the sign of the cross to show how important this preparation is for you.
 
Ingredients:
1 l of hot water
1 sachet of dry yeast
700 gr flour
salt
Tomato (q.b.)
Grated cheese (q.b.)
Mozzarella cheese
Oil
 
Dissolve the yeast in a bowl with water and salt, then pour into the flour and start kneading adding the rest of the water. Then put it to rise in a very hot place. When the dough has doubled the volume spread it in buttered pans. Add the tomato, oil and bake at 356°F (180°) for 30/35 minutes, then add the mozzarella and bake for another 15 minutes.
