Peppers parmesan

Ingredients:
1 chicken breast, cut into cubes;
1 tsp salt;
1 tsp pepper;
1 tsp garlic powder;
1 tsp dried herbs;
2 cups flour;
2 cups breadcrumbs;
3 eggs;
½ cup milk;
6 bell peppers (red, green, yellow);
2 cups marinara sauce;
1 cup parmesan;
2 cups mozzarella cheese.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 200F.
Mix chicken with seasoning.
Whisk milk and eggs together.
Dredge chicken pieces in flour, dip in milk and egg mixture, then cover with breadcrumbs.
Bake chicken nuggets for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile cut peppers in half, remove seeds.
Fill each pepper with some sauce, sprinkle of parmesan, chicken pieces, more sauce and parmesan and, finally, sliced mozzarella.
Bake peppers for 25 minutes. Serve warm.
