Straw Hacks

Candle holder

Ingredients/Materials:

• 1 medium glass
• Double-sided tape
• 1 pack of colored straws
• Small candle
• Large match

Method:
Stick the double-sided tape around the middle of the glass.
Remove the tape. Stick a straw to the tape vertically, making sure that the bottom edge of the straw is at the base of the glass. Glue several straws at the same height as the first one until the entire cup is covered. Cut the straws to the top edge of the glass. Place a small candle inside the glass. Light it with a long match.

Ingredients/Materials:
• Vase
• White cable ties
• 3 packs of colored straws
• Tall glass

Method:
Fill a tall glass with straws. Wrap the straws with a cable tie and tighten it slightly. Remove the straws from the glass, place them on a table and pull the cable tie until the center is tight and the ends of the straws extend. Insert the end of the cable tie into another straw and place the flower in a vase or glass.

Plastic Bag holder
Ingredients/Materials:
• Colored straws
• Hooks with double-sided tape
• Plastic bags

Method:
Open the kitchen cupboard door. Place two hooks on the inside of the open door at the top with a distance between them of approximately 20 cm. Place a straw between the two hooks and hang plastic bags.
