Tzatziki sauce: the original recipe

INGREDIENTS
2 cups Greek yogurt
1 large cucumber
4 cloves garlic, minced
juice of half a lemon
3 tbsp chopped fresh dill
Salt
Pepper cayenne to taste
 
METHOD
Peel and grate cucumber, mix it with 1/2 tsp salt.
Combine all ingredients together and season with salt and pepper.
