GRAVY SAUCE: the original English recipe to enrich your roasts!

INGREDIENTS
500ml (2 cups) of water
15g (2 tbsp) of flour
3 tbsp of butter
1 chicken broth cube
1 beef broth cube
METHOD
1. Dissolve chicken and beef broth cubes in the hot water.
2. Melt butter in a saucepan and mix in flour.
3. Pour in broth mixture and mix well, cook for 1-2 minutes.
4. Serve with mashed potatoes and enjoy.
