The original recipe of TZATZIKI SAUCE: HEALTHY and TASTY! π

INGREDIENTS
2 cloves of garlic
200g of cucumber
420g (1 1/2 cups) of Greek yogurt
Salt
12g (3/4 tbsp) of white wine vinegar
25g (2 tbsp) of extra virgin olive oil
METHOD
1. Peel the garlic cloves and chop them finely.
2. Wash and remove the seeds from the cucumber with the help of the teaspoon. Then grate the cucumber.
3. Transfer the grated cucumber to a colander placed over a bowl and press it with the spoon to drain the water.
4. In a mixing bowl add the Greek yogurt, cucumber, salt, white wine vinegar, and extra virgin olive oil and mix all well together. Transfer to the fridge for 2 hours.
5. After time has elapsed serve tzatziki in a bowl and enjoy.
