How to clean and disinfect the microwave naturally

It's important to clean the microwave, there is a fast way to do it.
You'll need:
White wine vinegar
Bicarbonate
water
Lemon juice
Sponge for dishes
Damp cloth
 
Directions:
Put some water in a saucepan.
Then add baking soda, vinegar and juice.
Put the saucepan in the oven for 5 minutes.
Take out the saucepan and put a sponge inside the microwave.
The steam will have disinfected and cleaned the oven.
Finally a damp cloth passes.
