How to test eggs for freshness!

Egg's freshness
MATERIALS:
9 eggs
Bowl
Water
METHOD:
1. Put each egg into a glass bowl of water to see if they are fresh or not.
2. If the egg is very fresh, it will lay flat on the bottom of the bowl.
3. If the egg doesn’t float but one of its sides lifts, it is 1 week old.
4. If the egg doesn’t float but both sides lift up, it is 3 weeks old.
5. If the egg floats completely, it is bad and cannot be eaten.
How to cook perfect eggs
METHOD:
1. Cook an egg for 6 minutes for a liquidy yolk. Perfect for ramen!
2. Cook an egg for 8 minutes for a soft but firm yolk. Perfect for avocado toast!
3. Cook an egg for 10 minutes for a slightly soft yolk. Perfect for salads!
4. Cook an egg for 12 minutes for a lighter yolk. Perfect for deviled eggs!
5. Cook an egg for 14 minutes for a very light yolk. Perfect for egg salad!
6. Use a bowl of ice water to quickly stop eggs cooking and make peeling easier.
