1. Put some soy sauce into a bowl, without filling it too much
2.. Put some wasabi & pickled ginger sauces into another bowl
3. Take some sauce with chopsticks
4. Dab sauces on fish
5. Dip into soy sauce
 
NIGIRI
1. Take some nigiri with hands
2. Flip and dip into soy sauce
 
ROLL
1. Take a roll with chopstick
2. Dip at an angle into soy sauce
